If your student put a hole in their badge to attach it to a lanyard the badge is no longer functional. 

If your student did not put a hole or lost their card please have them notify the Building Principal's secretary.

NOTE: There is a $10 replacement fee for all lost and/or damaged badges. Recovered badges are not eligible for a refund or reactivation. Per policy, only one ACTIVE badge is permitted per student.
